What is the order process?
- Simply select the products you want and choose if you would like our logo etched on the bottom of the glass, pour line, or metallic halo.
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order number showing your Blank is Better order is now complete.
- Please allow 1-2 business days after placing order for the order to ship.
- When your order is complete you will receive an email with your invoice and tracking information for your shipment.
How much does it cost?
The price of our products depends on the quantity you purchase. With our easy-to-use e-commerce site and built in shipping plugins, you’ll be able to see how much your order will cost before you finalize the purchase.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to production. If your order has gone through any art proofing, an art fee will be assessed at time of cancellation. If your order involves apparel, a restocking fee may also apply.
What if there is an event date?
It is highly recommended for customers with an upcoming event to verify with the factory the feasibility of processing their order in time. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we usually allow for the order to reach you one or even two days before the specified date. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery as it is dependent on shipping carriers beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued if the carrier fails to fulfill their shipping obligations. In cases where customers fail to confirm production timelines with the factory leading to a missed event date and subsequent order cancellation, a 4% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order. In case you fail to confirm the production timeline with the factory and they are unable to meet the event deadline, cancelling the order will incur a 4% cancellation fee.
Are Rush Orders available?
If you require your purchase to arrive on a certain date but the expected delivery date does not work for you, please reach out to our Sales Department to find out about available rush options. Please note, there may be an additional fee for any rush production or shipping.
